Dr Soygur graduated from Ankara University, Medical Faculty in 1992.
He completed his residency in training in the same instution in 1997.
He did pediatric urology fellowship in Seattle Childrens Hospital between the years 2000-2002
He passed the first administered Europen Pediatric Urology Board written examinatin with getting the highest rank in 2005 and became FEAPU.
He is member of many national and international societies including ESPU, EAU, AAP section on urology.
He has more than 100 publications in peer review international journals.
He has been actively working as the Chief of Pediatric Urology Divisin of Ankara University.
