• Tarik Emre Sener graduated from the French high school Lycée Saint-Joseph, Istanbul.
• He studied Medicine at Marmara University, School of Medicine, Istanbul (2004–2010).
•He completed his residency training in Urology at Marmara University, School of Medicine, Department of Urology (2011–2016).
•During his residency, he completed his endourology fellowship at Tenon University Hospital, Paris, alongside Professor Olivier Traxer.
•He serves as the Chair of Progress in Endourology, Technology and Research Association (PETRA) Urogroup.
•He serves as the Chair of the European School of Urology, Lower Urinary Tract Endoscopy Working Group.
• He is a member of the EAU Endourology Stone Surgical Working Group.
•He is currently working as an Associate Professor of Urology in Marmara University, School of Medicine, Department of Urology.
