He is a pediatric urologist since 1991.
He is an active member of the exam committee and the treasurer of the European Board of Urology. He is the chairman of the EAU-ESPU guidelines committee for pediatric urology.
He has published more then 40 articles in peer reviewed journals and several chapters in books.
He is assisting several medical students performing master studies, investigating research on the sleep pathophysiology in nocturnal enuresis, long term results of pyeloplasty in low function hydronephrosis, megaureter, ascending testis and fertility.
